The Rockport Pub is located in Rockport Washington just south, off Hwy 20, about 45 minutes east of the Interstate 5. I have been here a couple of times. Not what you would call a high end pub. Interesting just the same. Lots of locals and across the road from the Howard Miller Steelhead Park campground (which I might add is very nice and along the Skagit River) service is friendly but the pub itself has not had any upgrades in many years. It looks better from the outside then it does in the inside. I was there on two different occasions one year apart and the daily special was two tacos both times. The first time we were there with a few guys, the locals decided to sing O Canada as we departed. Nice, but they didn't know the tune! Still pretty funny.
