Watershed Pub and Kitchen (Seattle, Washington U.S.A.)
Water shed Pub and Kitchen 10104-3rd Avenue NE Seattle Washington U.S.A. www.watershedpub.com This place can be a little hard to find, it is South for the Northgate Mall and just south of the Thornton Creek Theaters. Across the street and very close is the parkade where you can park for 3 hours for free! Opened in 2015 and has been going quite sell. There is a nice sit-up bar that seats 15 people, done in light wood, as is all the furniture making is bright and cheerful. They have 20 different local beers on tap and also a list of beers that are coming up next. With the rotating taps, once one beer runs out another one comes up! They will have like beers replacing the one that runs out. They do not carry the big company beers such as Budweiser, Miller etc, every thing is fairly local. They have a large selection of whiskey, vodka and gin, but most are locally made. For lunch we started off with the baked pretzel and beer cheese dip. The pretzels are made in a local bakery in Lake City (part of Seattle). The dip has a very smooth creamy texture and both were very good. I had the Mac and cheese, which was very good and very creamy! Had toasted bread crumbs on top and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. My better half had the Queen quinoa salad that had quinoa (of course), Arugula, red onion, Kalamata olives, Cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. Very good!! Also at lunch you can get a large slice of pizza for $3.00 . They don't sell Coca Cola or Pepsi Cola they sell Seattle cola Co. products. The bar area is marked off with a pony wall and has several tables and chairs. There are 3 pub high tables seating 4. There are 3 TV'S, but back ground music is playing and not deafening. there is a 2nd floor area that over looks the main bar and could seat around 50. Wasn't open at noon when we were there. Along the edge of the 2nd floor area is a large display of various beer taps. Children are only allowed in the non bar area. There is a side walk patio in front with 5 picnic tables and 2 or 3 tables. We really liked it here and will be back!!

Sharkeez Bar and Grill (Nassau, Bahamas)
Sharkeez Bar and Grill, Woodes Rodgers Walk, Nassau, Bahamas. Located right downtown on the water where the Cruise ships come in. We were the 4th cruise ship away and took a 3 hour tour of Nassau which was great. My Girl and I decided to stay and eat locally, our friends decided to walk back to the ship eat and come back in to town. We checked out a few places before deciding on Sharkeez. The main floor is the largest souvenir shop in Nassau. Up stairs is the bar, and features a 15 person sit-up bar in the back of the bar. We sat on the balcony over looking the street, which was great place to watch the goings on. We watched the Police call a tow truck for a dark Scion or Cube that was illegally parked in front of the bar, and tow it away in no time (top picture). We both had the fish and chips with locally caught fresh fish. The batter was light and crispy and the fries were good, very good!! The wine was good too! We met a wonderful couple Monique and David from Charlotte North Carolina who have been several times over the past few years and keep coming here. They said the food is always good. David that the Conch burger and said it was really good! There is lots of seating and spread out. There are 2 pool tables and b big Gator on the floor (not live). The service was nice and friendly! We had a great time here and are so glad we stopped in. "Hell ya!" I would come back here again if the opportunity arises!!!
Nirvana Bar (Nassau, Bahamas)
Nirvana Bar,West Bay Street, Nassau, Bahamas. Located about 20 minutes to half an hour west of downtown Nassau at Love Beach. We hired a driver who recommended Love Beach, drove us there and waited until we were ready to go back. He dove all 4 of us and the price was well worth it and gave us a running commentary along the trip. I loved the beach as it was nice and quiet, away from the other busy beaches closer to downtown Nassau. The sand was soft and clean! The Nirvana Bar is right on the beach, brightly coloured and the only bar in the area. It is a tiny beach bar like one would imagine in a Caribbean beach bar. 6 person sit-up bar with a few tables and chairs. A decent size free pour rum and coke was around $10.00 USD, but worth it. Decent little selection of hard liquor, no wine and bottled beer only. 20 feet away is place called Nirvana Grill where you can order food if you want. They serve Burgers, Dogs, Grilled chicken, fish, steak and shrimp and BBQ ribs, Conch salads. We didn't eat there so cant tell you about the food. There is a little shop to buy souvenirs, right next door. The bar has a neat Conch wall around the front on the water side. We really enjoyed our time here on the beach with drinks in hand. The snorkeling was not that good......OK, no one who snorkeled that day saw any fish at all. If you get a chance to go to Nassau, try out this beach if you are looking for a quiet get away.

Riki Tiki Tavern (Coco Beach, Florida U.S.A.)
Riki Tiki Tavern, Coco Beach Pier, 401 Meade Avenue, Coco Beach, Florida U.S.A. This place was formerly known at Mai Tiki Bar. It is now much better and bigger, changed over about one year ago. It is located at the very end of the pier and has a large rectangular sit-up bar in the middle that seats 22 plus people. The railing all around has seats facing the railing and you can sit and look over the water. They have about 50 seats over looking the railing. There are also tables and chairs here too. There is a thatched roof covering the whole place which protects you from the sun but you get a nice breeze off the water. There are 4 different types of beer on tap. Happy hour is awesome and runs 3 pm to 7 pm and includes 1/2 price beer, wine and well drinks. For the food there are all kinds of Wraps, salads and deserts. Of course they have the beachy drinks too! I love this place \i could sit here all day enjoying the view as it is at the end of the pier over the water. You can rent fishing gear at the ticked booth and fish off the pier. All I can say, if you are ever in the area you MUST try this place out! You will love, it I did!!
Pelicans Bar and Grill (Coco Beach, Florida U.S.A.)
Pelicans Bar and Grill Coco Beach Pier 401 Meade Avenue, Coco Beach, Florida U.S.A. The last time I was here (2008 or 2009) this place was called Marlin's good Times Bar an Grill. It has a new name but everything else is still the same. It is the last bar on the pier before you have to go through the ticket booth to go further on the pier and that costs$2 per person. If you show your receipt from Pelicans you get on for free. The view from here is amazing, you can gaze at the beach and water all day. They have a multi sided bar that seats 20 people or more. Air conditioning! Our waitress left us sitting for a while when we sat down. The bartender noticed we had not been waited on and asked. when we said no, she was all over the waitress and we were never neglected again. They have 6 beer on tap and lost of beachy drinks. For lunch I had Coconut shrimp, big jumbo shrimp and covered amazing toasted shredded coconut with big curly fries. It was some of the best i have ever had! By better half had the Shrimp Tacos which were stuffed with jumbo shrimp that had a little zip to the sauce and she said it was very good!! Great place to chill with a drink, bite to eat before going further up the pier.
Cock and Bull British Pub and Eatery (New York, New York, U.S.A.)
Cock and Bull British Pub and Eatery, 23 West 45th Street, New York, New York U.S.A. www.cockandbullnyc.com Another cool pub! It features a nice 20 person sit-up bar. They only have 5 TV's through out. In the back they have a couple of long narrow pub high tables, which is great for groups. As for beer there are 11 on tap. You can also try the British style Cask Ale which it traditionally served in 20 ounce dimpled pint mug. One cider on tap as well. Or try the "Best of Britain Beer Flight" 6 beers for $25.00. All beer is available in $10 oz., 16, oz., or 20 oz. It comes served in 16 oz. unless you advise otherwise. If you re looking for a big whiskey selection you have come to the right place as they have a large selection! As for food we didn't eat here but some of the item off the menu are: Beef and Ale pie, Chicken Pot Pie, Cottage Pie, Fish and Chips and Bangers and mashed. Lots of old pictures on the walls, old school wall paper. Upstairs is a small little area. The service was very good here too!!
Tonic Time Square (New York, New York U.S.A.)
Tonic Time Square 727 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York, U.S.A. www.tonicwest.com Located very close to Time Square. This place was recommended by a bartender at another pub. Again this place is long and narrow, typical for New York. On the main floor there is a 26 person sit-up bar (middle picture above). There are 16 TV's through out the main floor of the bar. They have a lot of pub high tables. It was quit busy here both down and up stairs. We were there early on a Friday evening an a lot of people were also eating. We never ate so I can't speak on the food, but the food coming out looked very good. They have 20 plus different types of beer on tap. The crowd was typically 20 to 40. They have good and cheap happy hour prices, so for that it is worth coming in. Well drinks and cocktails $6, Wine$7 Draft beer $5 and shots $5 and runs 4-6 pm. The service was very good even considering how busy it was. My friend Kathy rated this place as "Happening Place!" upstairs there is another bar (bottom picture above). This area is not as big as the main floor area. They have a 20 person sit-up bar. There are 10 TV'S and one huge TV, great place for watching sports! Then there is yet another floor that is half a story up and features a 10 person sit-up bar. Tonic is open from 1030 am to 400 am. Our wonderful waitress advised Karaoke runs Friday and Saturday 10 pm to 3 am.

They have two TV's and funny enough when we were there they had curling on! At lunch the bar an restaurant were both very busy.
