Almost Heaven Pub and Grill (Harper Ferry, West Virginia, U.S.A.)

Almost Heaven Pub and Grill Harper    177 Potomac Street, Ferry, West Virginia, U.S.A.  Located up the street from from the historic John Brown's Fort in  Harper Ferry, is this small 2 story bar.   It has a narrow spiral stair case to get to the 2nd floor.  The main floor was not open when we were there.  It is kind of bland in here not much of an atmosphere.  Outside on the 2nd floor is a balcony patio on the front and side that has 10 plastic tables with umbrellas.The 2nd floor has 10 inch plank floor.  There is no sit-up bar, or if there is one it seats 3 and looks right at the kitchen.  We did not eat here but another couple there had the fish and chips and said they were good.  It was 90F so it was cooler inside than out side.  Not much exciting or drawing you to come here, looks better outside then inside.
