Vino Volo (Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver B.C. Canada)
Vino Volo located at YVR Vancouver International Airport on the International side by Gate E8. Love these Vonop Volo's, they are so relaxing a takes the stress out of traveling. Arrive early, go through security and US Customs if required and come here. They have a nice 9 person sit up bar. There is ample seating here as well. There is a very good selection of wines my first was the "BC Tastes of white which included: Blue Mountain, Chardonnay, Okanagan Falls B.C. Canada. Meyer Family Vineyards, Pinot Gris, Okanagan Falls, B.C. Canada. and Haywire, Waters and Bank, Summerland, B.C. Canada. My favorite was the Haywire. You get a nice sample of each along with a description of each of the wine. My second taste was "Shades of White" which were: Di Lenardo, Pinot Grigio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. Buhler Family Vineyards, Chardonnay, Napa Valley California, U.S.A. and the Matua, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The food here is good and they have great cheese and cracker plates to go with your wine.
