McGarvery's Saloon & Oyster Bar E Market space, Annapolis, Maryland, U.S.A.   Another famous local bar that has been around since 1975, but was bought by new owners a few years back.  The main part is the original and is long and narrow with the beautiful 18 person sit-up bar facing one wall. Along the other wall is a long bench with tables for 2 that can easily seat up to 12 people.  Happy hour is 2 pm to 6 pm Weekdays with $1.00 oysters, $5 wine, beer and mixed drinks and $8 signature appys  (Great happy hour here).  Down to the back and to the left is the new area and it too has a beautiful bar along with a tree growing in side.  Different feel here but nice too. For eats we had the Crab Dip, you gotta try it as it is big and very good indeed!!  They too have had their share of famous people frequent here.  |Very close to the waterfront and shopping, cant miss!!  I loved it here and will be back some day!!
