The Jolly Coachman Pub, Pitt Meadow, British Columbia, Canada. This was a great find. It is a Tudor style pub inside and out. Inside, it is two levels. The upper level is more the sports bar side pt the pub. The lower level a bit quieter. It is only down about 4 steps or so. They have 20 flat screen TV's for watching all of the games. The bar sits around 20 people and faces about 7 TV's. There are food specials every day. This time we ordered off the menu. I had the Seafood Club and fries, and my wife had the Chicken lettuce wraps. Both were huge, neither of us could finish our meals. Not only were the portions big but they were very good. My wife describe this place as very cozy and friendly. They have several large tables . They have two high tables where you can easily sit 10-15 peolple. The men's room was very nice with flat screen TV's in front of each of the 3 urinals, (you wouldn't want to miss anything)! The washrooms were very clean with granite counter tops.
This pub had a good feleing about it, the staff was very friendly and the service was good. I suggest you look up their web site and read up about history. Attached is a cold beer and wine store that also sells t-shirts, jackets and the such. If you come up from the USA, it is about 35 minutes north of the border, across the new Golden Ears Bridge. I will be back! Hopefully sooner than later!
