McCoy's Firehouse Bar and Grill (Seattle, Washington U.S.A.)
McCoy's Firehouse Bar and Grill 173 south Washington Street, Seattle, Washington U.S.A. Very cool place, all old fire hall decor. A small but cozy two room bar. It has a small 6-7 person sit-up bar, 3 and one half booths and a few other tables.. 5 flat screen TV'S. There is a side walk patio. Gets very busy when the NFL, MLB or MLS is on. They put on a special menu when the games are played down the street. The menu is burger, chicken strips and salads. They have a peanut butter and bacon burger. We never ate here but the burger looked really good. Really a cool place and wish I could have spent more time here but we were on out way to the Seattle Mariners baseball game. The men's restroom features 2 urinals. but if you are under 5 feet 7 inches tall good luck reaching one of them. Bust be from the days of the Seattle Super Sonics basketball team, LOL!! Next time for sure!
North Cascades Sports Bar and Restaurant (Lyman, Washington, U.S.A.)
North Cascades Sports Bar and Restaurant, 31429 State route 20, Lyman Washington. This place has changed hands several times over the years and this might be the best of them all. As you enter the premise, the bar is on the left and the restaurant is on the right. I am only taking about the bar which is 21 and over. It features a 11 person, L shaped split log varnished sit-up bar. They have 24 different beer on tap. There is 1 table for 4, 1 pub high table for 4, 2 pub high tables for 2. 4 TV'S through out the bar. For lunch I had the wood fired pizza, pepperoni, mushroom and black olives. I would give it 6 1/2 out of 10. Was not a big fan of the crust. My lunch partner had the Cesar Salad, this was disappointing as the Cesar Salad had fresh tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on it. Sorry but that is not how a Cesar Salad is made. The burgers looked good as they came out. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the back room there is a pool table and a TV.
